Located in Southeast Wisconsin, Milwaukee NC Machining Company and our affiliated companies can be your source for metal components.  At Milwaukee NC Machining, we have the capability to turn up to 23" diameter.  Our machining centers can handle parts as large as 50" square. We routinely machine cast iron, steel, plastic, and aluminum.  Our machine list includes 4 horizontal and 4 vertical machining centers, 1 vertical lathe and 5 CNC horizontal lathes (2 with live tooling).  Milwaukee NC Machining utilizes SURFCAM® and E2 Shoptech® software.

Our FPC division has the capability for both fabrication and powder coating. Our fabrication department has numerous MIG and spot welders. We have two robotic welders, CNC press brakes, CNC sheers, and CNC turret punches.  Metal sawing and tube bending capabilities are also in place.  The finished part can be powder coated in house at our Fredonia, Wisconsin facility.

Our affiliated company, General Press and Fabricating, has stamping capabilities up to 1200 tons.  In addition to the usual flat blank and progressive die work available at most stamping facilities, we have numerous hydraulic presses for different deep draw work.  We have ample capacity to handle additional projects and would appreciate the opportunity to show you how we can help you in the outsourcing of these components.
